CuNex specializes in copper sinter pastes and pre-forms for die-attach and substrate-attach applications. Our copper-based interconnect materials follow a low cost, low pressure and rapid sintering approach ensuring improved reliability and performance – designed and made in Germany.

CuNex is a spin-off from the Faculty of Microelectronics at University of Ingolstadt (THI) and SCHLENK Metallic Pigments in Roth, Germany as industrialization partner. The products from CuNex are a combination of more than 5 years of extensive research in the field of copper-based interconnect technologies at THI, supported by SCHLENK with a rich history of 150 years in working with copper and copper alloys, offering world-class manufacturing facilities and a secure supply chain worldwide.
